We are now able to deliver all of our courses remotely and we have found that in some cases this can be even more effective than training in person. Being able to deliver interactive training sessions to groups of sometimes 60+ staff members is incredible. We have also found that because we can train in 1-2 hour chunks over several weeks it makes it possible to really ensure that everyone is following through on their training goals.
We provide the most in-depth, hands-on and effective sales solutions in the market today. We’ve chosen to go extremely narrow and deep in the retail and sales industry to focus entirely on furniture. Adam, our founder and head coach, has lived and breathed big-ticket retail and furniture for his entire working life. He’s been a salesman working 16 hour days. He’s been a manager and regional controller working even longer. He knows the struggles, issues and mistakes that many companies come up against and he’s developed tried and tested techniques to overcome all of them.
We often find that there is an immediate improvement in staff morale and attitude following our very first training session. However, the issue with this is that people will very quickly slip back into their old habits. This is why we focus entirely on courses of training, which can span weeks or months, so that we are able to really hammer home key ideas, measure results and identify who is and isn’t improving.Â
